GT200-J120C系列 ( 永磁电机)电动机保护器 ( 以下简称保护器 ) 与交流接触器组成电动机保护控制电路。主要用于交流50Hz/60Hz、额定电压400V-690V、额定电流一次至120A及以下的三相异步电动机在常规负载,无特殊要求情况下运行中可能出现的断相、连载、堵转、阻塞、三相不平衡等故障进行保护。它具有抗干扰能力强,工作稳定可靠、精度高、安装调试简单方便等特点。
功能特征:
1、完善的保护功能: 由于保护器内部设有冷态、热态过载保护特性K系数曲线检测电路及不平衡检测电路,故能够对电动机起动和运行过程中可能出现的断相、过载、堵 转、阻塞、三相不平衡等故障均采用反时限特性进行保护,解决了电动机在起动时过载、堵转不保护难题。
2、高可靠性:具有冷态起动延时时间长,热态过载动作迅捷的特点,可以满足常规负载,无特殊要求情况下运行的电动机的要求;由于保护器的断相检测环节,过电流检测环节互相独立,这样不管是轻负荷、重负荷时断相、过载,不管是起动时还是运行中断相、过载,使电动机在整个工作过程中均能可靠保护。
